Atlassian Data Center: Price Changes & Server End of Support

On February 15, 2024, Atlassian will update pricing and packaging for Data Center customers.

Price Changes:

The upcoming changes include an average increase in list prices by 5%-15% for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, depending on the user category of the customer. In addition to the list prices, the advantaged prices for Jira Software and Confluence will increase by 10-27%. Confluence will reach list prices this year. This means that the customer's advantaged price will now align with the list price. Future renewals will then be offered at list prices and no longer at advantaged prices.

The end of server support is also approaching:

Starting February 15, 2024, Atlassian and Marketplace partners will no longer provide technical support, security updates, or bug fixes for server products or applications. Considering this imminent end of server support, it is advisable for customers with current server licenses to migrate to Cloud or Data Center to continue receiving support from Atlassian. Cloud or Data Center migrations offer continuous product innovation and security, while those remaining on servers will no longer be supported. Teams that do not migrate will lose access to technical support, security updates, and bug fixes.
