We use AWS Region Frankfurt by default and replicate backups to AWS Region Ireland. If desired, we can provision VMs/containers in our data center in Vienna (number is limited).

All security updates will be applied in a timely manner.
- The production instance is cloned to the test instance incl. data and settings.
- All apps on the test environment are updated
- The compatibility check is performed (which version is compatible with all apps).
- The upgrade will be performed automatically (incl. Smoke Tests)
- The customer has 2 weeks to confirm the upgrade or report any incompatibilities.
- After confirmation, a date for the production upgrade will be scheduled.
